MiSazio Platform Cookie Policy

MiSazio is a SaaS platform built and operated by Aitaky S.r.l. (Via Germania 7, Int. 11 — 35010 Vigonza (PD), Italy, VAT IT05694750281). This Cookie Policy describes how the platform uses cookies and similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) and supplements the MiSazio Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit save on your device. Similar technologies (such as localStorage and sessionStorage) store information directly in the browser. In this policy we use the term “cookies” to refer to all of these technologies.
2. Cookies we use
MiSazio uses technical cookies only, strictly necessary for the operation and security of the platform. We do not use analytics, statistics, profiling or advertising cookies, and we do not share data with third parties for analytics or advertising purposes.

3. Legal basis
Storing strictly necessary technical cookies on the device is exempt from the consent requirement under Art. 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's 2021 cookie guidelines. The underlying processing is based on the performance of the service requested by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for authentication and preference cookies, and on the legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in the security of the platform. All cookies used are first-party. The cookies are set by Aitaky S.r.l. as independent controller of the processing related to the technical operation of the platform; neither the Operator nor the Client Company has access to the data collected through these tools.
MiSazio does not use analytics, statistics or profiling cookies and therefore does not require any consent: there is no cookie banner because all cookies used are technical and strictly necessary.
4. Managing cookies
Users can manage or delete cookies through their browser settings. Please note that disabling the technical authentication cookies prevents access to and use of the platform, as the login session cannot be maintained.
